An eight-topic work-readiness series delivered over four weeks, building real skills for teens headed into the workforce.

How the program runs
Facilitators lead two 60-minute topics per week, twice a week, over four weeks — eight topics in total. Cohorts run about ten participants at a time, with self-paced virtual assignments between sessions.
