Conflict Resolution
Trained Peace Mediators intervene in "street beefs" before individual or group conflict spills into the streets and escalates to violence.

How mediation works
Every session is private, confidential, and run as an open-forum, group-support model. The goal is to identify the root cause of a conflict, find a workable solution, and reach basic agreement between both parties.
The Five Step Intervention Process
- Receiving the initial call
- Face to face
- Reaching out
- Finding a solution
- Providing follow-up
