Anger & Trauma Management
Anger is the leading cause of violence to self and others. Our workshops help participants understand where it comes from and how to manage it.

Why this program exists
Anger is a normal survival response — but unresolved trauma can show up as depression, anxiety, anger, or violence toward oneself or others. Our workshops help participants understand anger's function, recognize the signs of anger and trauma, and express anger in healthier ways.
What participants learn
- Reduce the frequency, intensity, and duration of anger episodes
- Identify personal triggers and early warning signs
- Develop avoidance and coping skills
- Build a personal support system
- Learn two or more calming techniques
- Create a personal "Emotions chart"
- Give trauma a name
- Build a personal "calming box"
